After being a traditional (non blog) website since its inception, the Night Sky Observer has transitioned to WordPress.
There are a number of reasons for this, among which is that visitors can ow leave comments on news stories and articles, there’s better date management of posts and you can submit your own articles for review using the Contact page.
Only some of the site has been moved over to WordPress so far (there’s a lot of stuff to move), so some sections will be missing, but they will be added over the coming days and weeks. In the meantime, the original site is still available via its sitemap here.
Since this transition is somewhat complex, things will get broken. I’d appreciate any feedback on broken links, missing pages, empty pages, missing/broken images, etc. Any general feedback would be welcom as well. Please use the Contact page to submit problems you’ve found with the site. Feedback on specific news items and articles can be left as comments on those posts.
