albeit the original series cast and the “new” USS Enterprise i have read and i believe that the new Star Trek movie is an alternate universe that doesn’t “connect” with the TOS series.
i have seen the movie so no spoilers for me. so, what happens now to the old Spock? how come Nero & Co. “waited 25 years” for old Sock to reappear (then capture him afterwards) whereas in the movie there was ” 3 years later”? also, i have noticed some obvious deleted scenes not included in the movie but was in the trailer like when Nero was supposedly on the Klingon penal planet, etc.

I was bored and had nothing else to do. Being a fan of femslash and Lavern & Shirley, I think you can guess what I ended up reading. Anyway, this guy was like blah blah blah sexual tension and I was like what the hell is this guy talking about? Also I looked up yaoi of Kirk and Spock from Star Trek and there was a motivational poster that said ‘Sexual tension: What? You don’t see it?’ How the fuck are you supposed to ‘see it’? :/

Anyone know if Paramount is still licensing their movie and tv stuff to the new park owner. It would be nice if the parks still have workers dress as Star Trek charcaters, and kids TV show charcaters. Also having movie posters displayed around the park, and a gift shop selling things tied to Paramount movie and TV shows. So what is the offical news on that, and if they are licensing it to the new owner, how long will that be ?
