Where can I get Kirk's costume for cheap?

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan is one of my favorite movies and I'd love to dress up for Halloween like that. What I'm specifically looking for is both Captain Kirk's uniform and the jacket he wore when he beamed to the satellite. Here are pictures of both:

Find a friend's mom who knows how to sew and beg her to make it for you.

Here are some tailors who make costumes for money, if you can't find someone who will make it for free. Just show them a picture of what you want and give them your measurements. Put your order in by October 22 though to have it by Halloween.

The site is geared toward Twilight costumes, but they are tailors, they can make anything.
