I am a huge trekkie,I love Star Trek, but have always been too poor to have anything worthwhile. Until now.
I was out with my wife lookin at yard sales ( I normaly hate this) and I saw on a table in mint condtion an unopen (obviously not put together) model of the original Enterprise from the 60′s. Plus unopend Capt Kirk,Spock and Mcoy action figures all for 5 bucks.( I had never been so gleeful)<<
Anyway my question is this,my brother says the modle will be worth more opened and put together because then people can see it.
I dont plan on ever selling them but what is better for collecting?
Everyone who is a fan of the original Star Trek series knows that time is limited for the unknown actor wearing a RED SHIRT. Any extra who went on an “away mission” to the surface of a planet (with Kirk, Spock, and the rest of the main characters) did not return.
Every Star Trek fan must know that for one to be truly called a true Trekkie, he or she should have valuable items to show enduring support and loyalty to the series. We have seen not only a few products made available to the Trekdom community, and most of them have been welcomed with open arms. Among the many items, a few emerge as the fandom’s ultimate favorites.
I am a Star Trek geek and love and miss it so. But if the Borg were real, I would volunteer in a second to be assimilated. Being able to share information like that in the collective seems awesome to me.
